The Country Club of Indianapolis Welcomes Justin Miller as New Executive Chef

The Country Club of Indianapolis (Ind.) named Justin Miller as executive chef. Miller was was most recently executive chef at LRG Restaurants and oversaw all food operations and the culinary staff at the company’s award-winning Anthony’s Chophouse and 3UP Rooftop Bar in Carmel, Ind. He previously spent four years as executive chef/food & beverage director at Hillcrest Country Club in Indianapolis and began his career at The Country Club of Indianapolis in 2011 as the executive sous chef.
