After more than two decades of dedicated leadership, Michele Reilly, CCM, PCAM, has officially stepped down as general manager of Willoughby Golf Club. Her 16-year tenure as GM—and seven additional years in various leadership roles—shaped the club’s culture, redefined its facilities, and strengthened its long-term strategic footing.
Under Michele’s direction, Willoughby Golf Club underwent a remarkable evolution. She championed a full golf course renovation, multiple clubhouse upgrades, the construction of a modern fitness center, and the introduction of the Cabana Bar & Grill. In true Michele fashion, her final contribution was a nod to the club’s vibrant racquets community—she launched the addition of a new pickleball court just before her departure.
Michele’s legacy is defined by her steady vision, her ability to execute complex capital projects, and her commitment to cultivating a collaborative, forward-thinking club environment. Her presence will be missed, but her influence will continue to shape Willoughby for years to come.
