Jerome Louie Joins Troon’s Corporate F&B Leadership Team as Senior Director, Brings 15 Years of Operational Expertise

Jerome Louie joins the Troon Corporate F&B leadership team as a Senior Director of F&B following a 15-year history with Troon in club operations and recent stints as interim general manager at multiple properties. Louie brings a long history of F&B leadership, a vast knowledge of operations and a great depth of understanding of the overall organization. He will be based out of Troon’s office in Jupiter, Florida.
