Her professional journey is further enriched by her active membership in the Club Management Association of America (CMAA) and the Professional Club Marketing Association (PCMA), reflecting her deep commitment to industry excellence.
Before her tenure at Wycliffe, Jessica played a crucial role at Broken Sound Club, where she led a comprehensive rebranding initiative following extensive multi-million-dollar renovations. This pivotal role not only elevated the club's brand but also significantly enhanced the overall member experience. At The Seagate in Delray, she continued to showcase her expertise in the private club sector, skillfully leading all marketing and rebranding efforts in preparation for the club's major renovations, seamlessly uniting the branding between the hotel and clubs.
