Westhaven Golf Club Appoints Leslie Ludlow, CMAA, as General Manager

Westhaven Golf Club in Tennessee has announced the appointment of Leslie Ludlow, CMAA, as general manager.

Ludlow brings more than 15 years of private club experience, including a strong foundation in sales and a successful transition to operations leadership. Most recently, she served as chief operating officer and general manager at Sahalee Country Club in Sammamish, Washington. Known for her commitment to team development, culture, and community, Ludlow emphasizes that club success is measured not only in financial performance but also in the experiences of both members and staff.

Her selection follows a national search led by ExecuSearch, powered by the PGA of America, with Jim West, PGA, ARWC, directing the process.
