The Club at Boot Ranch in Fredericksburg, Texas, welcomed hospitality professional Connor Brasell as its new food and beverage manager. With more than eight years of experience in bars and restaurants and two years in distribution, Brasell brought a proven track record of elevating guest experiences and driving operational success.


A graduate of Troy University with a degree in hospitality management, Brasell began his career behind the bar, quickly earning a reputation for growing sales and strengthening customer relationships. At The Edge Seafood Restaurant and Skybar in Destin, Florida, he advanced from bartender to bar manager in March 2024, where he curated cocktail menus, enhanced guest relations, increased sales, and helped develop a comprehensive training program for bartenders and servers.


In November 2024, Brasell was promoted to front of house manager, overseeing every FOH position from host to bartender. His role included creating schedules, maintaining health and safety standards, ensuring proper service protocols, and managing the overall flow of operations. His leadership style emphasized training, consistency, and guest satisfaction, qualities he now brings to Boot Ranch’s culinary and service programs.
