Executive Chef Ryan Wilson continues the culinary standing expected by this award-winning private country club. Chef Ryan, Director of Culinary Operations, fills the former role of Executive Chef Stephen Viggiano, who retired after 20-plus years with St. Andrews.
Chef Ryan, a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America, New York, served as Executive Chef at the renowned Fontainebleau Resort & Spa, Miami Beach for 13 years. He has appeared as a guest chef at the South Beach Wine & Food Festival 2009-2022, Australian Masters of Food and Wine, Melbourne, Australia 2002, Thomas Keller Affair Gourmet Dinner Bellagio Resort, Las Vegas 2002, and the La Culinaire Internationale Ritz Carlton, New Orleans in 2003.
His prior experience includes Chef de Cuisine at the Bellagio Resort & Casino, Las Vegas (Mobile 5 Star/AAA 5 Diamond), Assistant Executive Chef at the Treasure Island Hotel & Casino, Las Vegas (Mobile 4 Star), and opening support at the Wynn Resort & Casino, Las Vegas (Mobile 5 Star/AAA 5 Diamond).
