Pallmetto Bluff Club is pleased to announce the placement of Jeff Dekruif, CCM as general manager of the private club component of the 20,000 acre luxury residential golf & lifestyle community. Jeff will have management oversight of May River Golf Club, six restaurants, a boating club and marina, shooting club, 175 acre equestrian facility, fitness and wellness and several retail outlets. As the largest remaining waterfront property on the East Coast, Palmetto Bluff is evolving as a vibrant residential and recreational preserve enriched by wilderness and wildlife and enhanced by a commitment to conservation. Palmetto Bluff was recently acquired by South Street Partners, a private equity luxury residential development firm, which also owns Kiawah Island Club and The Cliffs. Over the next couple of years, Palmetto Bluff will construct two more golf courses, a major fitness and wellness campus, 2nd marina, and numerous other amenities in the community.
