Kenwood Country Club Welcomes Erin Tedtman as New Director of People Strategy

Kenwood Country Club (KCC) has hired Erin Tedtman as Director of People Strategy, the Club announced Monday.


A Distinguished Club founded in 1930 with a total Membership of approximately 3,000 and a waitlist of nearly 100, KCC boasts 36 holes of golf, a robust food and beverage operation, modern racquet sports and fitness facilities, a resort-style swim complex, and a classically-maintained Clubhouse. In addition, KCC is the home of the LPGA Kroger Queen City Championship Presented by P&G, Sept. 4-10, 2023.


“I am excited to announce the hiring of Erin Tedtman as Kenwood Country Club’s Director of People Strategy,” said Chief Executive Officer Dylan Petrick. “Her talent and expertise will allow us to continue to attract the best and brightest to KCC and further enhance the experiences of our Employee Partners. Erin is a tremendous fit for our culture, and I am thrilled to add her to the Club’s leadership team.”


In her role, Tedtman will help lead Kenwood’s Human Resources efforts, with a focus on employee recruitment and retention. Before coming to KCC, Tedtman worked four years at Cintas supporting the fire protection division and the corporate office as a Human Resources Manager.
