James is one of only 69 American Culinary Federation Certified Master Chefs in the nation, a testament to his exceptional skills and dedication to the culinary arts. With extensive experience in private clubs, luxury hotels, and premier resorts, James has educated and mentored thousands of culinary professionals. His impressive career includes participation and medals in numerous national and international culinary competitions, and he is a published authority in the field. James also serves as a consultant for the prestigious Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY. His previous roles include Executive Chef positions at Pelican Isle Yacht Club, Houston Country Club, and Twin Eagles Country Club, where he earned a reputation for excellence and innovation.
