RCS Hospitality Group Welcomes Paige Frazier to Team

RCS Hospitality Group, celebrating its 25th anniversary this year, has added a new member to its team.

“We’re excited to announce Paige Frazier has joined our team as a consultant and trainer,” said Whitney Reid Pennell, founder & president of RCS Hospitality Group. “Paige has an incredible background of hospitality leadership and will be a valuable asset to our consulting, training, and recruiting team.”

Paige, a performance-driven thought leader and transformational manager, began her career in private clubs in 2001.

She has provided extensive and comprehensive training, both in club operations and in team leadership. She has fostered her passion for hospitality and leadership with a servant’s heart, beginning with food and beverage operations, and continuing through to her most recent position as a General Manager. Paige’s expertise includes general private club management, resource planning and allocation, capital project management, membership relations and programming, cross-departmental collaboration, goal setting and attainment, procurement, talent acquisition and organizational strategy, operational mapping and analysis, and financial management, including general and cost accounting, budgets, KPIs, and forecasting.
