Congratulations on your new role as Director of Food & Beverage at Montreux Country Club in Reni, NV. Trim most recently served as Club Restaurants General Manager at the Hualalai Club on the Big Island of Hawaii, and has previous experience in club operations with Tahoe Mountain Club and Martis Camp.
