Kenwood Country Club Welcomes Michelle Tegge as New Director of Membership & Membership Engagement

August 23, 2022

“I am excited to announce the hiring of Michelle Tegge as Kenwood Country Club’s Director of Membership & Membership Engagement,” said CEO Dylan Petrick. “Michelle comes to KCC after working the past 15 years at Heritage Club in Mason, Ohio where she served as Director of Membership & Marketing since 2010. Michelle is passionate about building relationships with membership and ensuring total member satisfaction. We look forward to adding her varying skill set and culture-first mentality to collaborate with the rest of the KCC team.”

Tegge got her start at Heritage Club as Member Services Director in 2007 and quickly advanced to the role of Director of Membership & Marketing. Recently, she accomplished a historical goal for Heritage Club by leading it to its first-ever membership waitlist. In addition, she oversaw many different facets at Heritage Club including membership sales, membership engagement and retention, marketing and social media, and development and implementation of member events.

“I am honored to be joining the team at KCC and am eager to begin helping propel this already great club to an even higher level of excellence,” said Tegge. “I have spent the past 15 years working in the private club industry and one of my greatest joys has been building relationships with the membership, so I am excited to start building those relationships with the Members at KCC.”

A Cincinnati native and graduate of Ohio University, Tegge currently resides in Liberty Township with her husband, Bill, and their two daughters, Olivia (9) and Adeline (7)."

A BoardRoom Distinguished Club, Kenwood Country Club (KCC) was founded in 1930 with a total membership of approximately 3,000 and a waitlist of nearly 100. KCC boasts 36 holes of golf, a robust food and beverage operation, modern racquet sports and fitness facilities, a resort-style swim complex, and a classically-maintained clubhouse. In addition, KCC is the home of the Kroger Queen City Championship Presented by P&G, Sept. 5-11, 2022 -- the first LPGA event held in Greater Cincinnati in more than three decades.
