Originally from Dublin, Ireland, Chef Gordon’s career spans private clubs, Michelin-starred restaurants, and world-renowned resorts. He is celebrated for his innovative culinary vision, collaborative leadership style, and dedication to delivering exceptional dining experiences.

A seasoned executive with a deep understanding of club dining culture, Chef Gordon has led culinary operations at prestigious properties including the Waldorf Astoria Monarch Beach, Turnberry Isle Resort, and The Peninsula New York. He has also been recognized for his work at the James Beard House and as a host chef for the South Beach Wine & Food Festival.
