Merriman brings a wealth of experience and a deep commitment to enhancing member experiences, ensuring San Diego Country Club continues to be a premier destination for golf. With a track record of success in previous leadership roles, he is poised to lead the club into its next chapter of growth and excellence.
Before joining San Diego Country Club, Merriman served as the General Manager and COO of Inverness Golf Club in Inverness, Illinois. His leadership was instrumental in maintaining Inverness as a premier golf club for its members.
Prior to his tenure at Inverness Golf Club, Merriman was the Director of Guest, Member, and Community Relations at La Jolla Beach and Tennis Club, where he focused on enhancing guest and member experiences while strengthening the club's connections to the local community.
